IMC Training Cycle
A set of logically interconected modules will facilitate gradually the learning process to the Mentawai youth, aged 19 to 24. The IMC crew will receive in deph training of trainers prior to each module, provided by international experts, to assure the quality of the trainings provided. As it can be noted, the cycle ends with the production of 6 multimedia projects that will engage trainers and students with the comunities and institutions from Mentawai that might, in time, felt interested in future collaborations.
THE MECHANIC PROGRAM

Choose 12 Mentawai youth as teacher.

Selection of 12 person to become 6 person to be IMC teacher by experts team.

ToT (Training of Trainer), spread out in Siberut island (basic module).

Identification of Mentawai youth accordance program classification as student for a vice of location target (advance module).

Selection 24 Mentawai youth as students for Thematic module (Thematic module).
